Job summary

Insomnia Baristas in Carrigaline, Co. Cork, Ireland, are sought to join our team. You will serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude, deliver high-quality coffee and quick service in a seven-day operation.

We offer competitive hourly rates, flexible patterns, a free meal on every shift, and opportunities to grow with us as we expand. Full training and support via our Employee Assistance Programme are provided.

Qualifications

• Bring a positive attitude and deliver great service with every cup.
• Team players who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience in high-standard, fast-paced settings; audits/compliance knowledge is a bonus.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends across seven days.
• Coffee experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great service with every cup in a busy cafe setting.
• Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and assist customers.
• Adhere to store audits and compliance training as needed.
• Cover weekend shifts and flexible hours as required.
• Participate in full training to shine in the role.
