Job summary

Insomnia Coffee in Cork is seeking friendly Baristas to join our 7-day operation. Earn competitive hourly rates with flexible shifts and a free meal on every shift, while developing your coffee and customer service skills in a supportive team.

We offer career growth opportunities, access to an Employee Assistance Programme and a base of 21 hours minimum contracted each week. Training is provided to help you shine in a fast-paced environment at Unit 49-50 Douglas Village SC, Douglas, Co. Cork.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic with a professional friendly approach.
• Strong customer service skills in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to learn and follow training to maintain Insomnia standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coffee and service to customers.
• Maintain clean, welcoming store environment and assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Support team during busy periods and ensure food safety compliance.

• Bring a positive attitude and take pride in delivering great service with every cup
• Are team players who enjoy a fast paced, customer focused environment
• Have experience in high standard, fast paced settings, ideally with knowledge of audits and compliance (but don't worry if you don't-we'll train you!)
• Can work flexible hours, including weekends, across our 7 day operation
• Have coffee experience-but it's not a dealbreaker. We'll provide full training to help you shine!
