Lyrath Estate Hotel in Kilkenny is seeking an experienced barista to join our busy coffee dock team. You will prepare high‑quality coffee and beverages, greet guests, and uphold the hotel’s service standards. This role requires prior barista training, a passion for guest experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate for this position must have previous experience / training as a barista.
• To be considered for this role, you must be eligible to work in Ireland.
• Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and other beverages to hotel standards.
• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating area.
• Restock supplies, cups, milk, syrups, and other inventory items.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations.
• Support other food and beverage operations when required by management.
