Honestly Farm Kitchen in Carrick-on-Shannon is seeking a Barista / Café Host to join our front‑of‑house team, delivering warm hospitality and excellent coffee in a busy daytime restaurant. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders at the till, preparing beverages, maintaining displays, supporting the FOH team, and keeping a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements: at least 2 years’ experience, strong barista skills, and good customer service.

Honestly Farm Kitchen is a busy, farm‑to‑table restaurant in Carrick‑on‑Shannon, known for warm hospitality, excellent coffee, and food made with ingredients from our own Drumanilra Organic Farm and trusted local producers.

We’re looking for an experienced Barista / Café Host to join our front‑of‑house team.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role in a fast‑paced, high‑quality daytime restaurant environment. You’ll be part of a supportive team that genuinely cares about food, service, and the customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving specialty coffees and beverages to a high standard
• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, efficient service
• Working the counter tills and taking food and drink orders
• Filling and maintaining display counters
• Running food from the pass and supporting the wider FOH team
• Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and following food safety and H&S standards

Hours

• We have part time and full time positions available
• Flexible day and evening shifts, Monday to Sunday
• Restaurant closes at 7pm
