Role Description The Barista is a full-time, on-site role based in Fethard, focused on delivering high-quality coffee and beverage service to guests in a welcoming and efficient manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding areas. The Barista will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and provide attentive customer service, ensuring that each guest’s experience reflects the hotel’s premium standards. The role also involves assisting with light food preparation, such as pastries and small snacks, monitoring stock levels, and following health, safety, and hygiene procedures. Collaboration with colleagues across the bar, restaurant, and lounge areas is expected to support smooth service and a positive guest experience.
