Hawksmoor Dublin is seeking a Barback to support our bar team during service, keeping stations stocked, clean and organised while delivering the warm, generous hospitality we’re known for. This practical, fast-paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, is reliable, and wants to build a career in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Positive, hardworking; eager to contribute to a busy bar environment.
• Reliable team player who supports others and maintains service standards.
• Full training provided; prior bar experience is helpful but not required.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and developing new skills.

Responsibilities

• Support bar team during service by stocking, cleaning and organising stations.
• Prepare garnishes, glassware and bar setups to Hawksmoor standards.
• Keep bar and back-of-house areas clean, safe and efficient.
• Anticipate team needs during busy service and act quickly.
• Work closely with bartenders and floor teams to ensure smooth service.
• Learn our drinks, systems and standards with opportunities to progress.
