Job summary

The Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre in Waterford is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of our bars. You will help deliver exceptional service, oversee drink menus, and ensure presentation and cleanliness across outlets.

You will train and motivate staff, manage stock and costs, and uphold health and safety standards while staying on top of trends to keep menus fresh and engaging.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
• Passion for hospitality, drinks culture and guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on drinks trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Able to lead, give feedback and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bar teams across multiple outlets, maintaining service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across bars with regular checks.
• Stay current with drinks trends to keep menus engaging.
• Conduct and participate in training to upskill staff.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
• Assist with onboarding and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
