Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service in our hotel outlets. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure friendly, efficient service, uphold cleanliness and SOPs, and drive upselling to maximise revenue.

We offer Academy programmes, internal progression, and a range of benefits. Fluency in English, strong communication, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star property is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.
• Flexible and available for a variety of shifts, including midweek and weekends.
• Good team player and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Operate Food & Beverage service according to SOPs.
• Ensure timely setup and ongoing maintenance of F&B areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all F&B areas.
• Control heating, lighting, and music/TVs to create a comfortable atmosphere.
• Provide efficient and friendly service to guests at all times.
• Maximize sales through upselling.
• Complete daily SOP checklists to uphold staff training standards.
• Execute daily and weekly cleaning checklists for high hygiene standards.

Reporting to the Food and beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide at all times a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
