The Royal Marine Hotel in Dublin is seeking an proactive Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager to support planning and execution of events and drive the success of our Conference & Banqueting operations.

You will assist the Conference & Banqueting Manager, oversee event setup and service, and coordinate with Kitchen, Events Office and other departments to ensure flawless delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisor or assistant management experience in conference & banqueting within hotels or similar venues.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills for multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Conference & Banqueting Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Oversee setup, service delivery and breakdown of event spaces to hotel standards.
• Lead and supervise the events team during functions with professional service.
