Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Bar Manager in hotel or busy bar with multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of bar operations, including cocktail preparation and wine selection.
• Good financial understanding, including budgeting and stock control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the bar outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol licensing laws and regulations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff.
• Create and maintain a high-quality beverage menu, including signature cocktails.
• Monitor inventory and place orders to maintain stock levels.
• Drive revenue through promotions, events and upselling techniques.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the bar area.
