Job summary

Treaty City Brewery is seeking a Bar Manager to run day-to-day operations of our taproom in Limerick. You will manage daily operations, roster staff, and oversee food quality and safety, working to budgets and targets.

The role requires at least 3 years in bar/hospitality ops with supervision experience, strong leadership and fluent English. Location-based at Nicholas Street and Childers Road, Limerick.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in bar or hospitality operations.
• Experience supervising or leading a team in a licensed premises.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Line-manage three supervisors and the front-of-house team
• Oversee food quality, kitchen staffing and food cost
• Ensure HACCP, health and safety and licensing compliance
• Oversee cash-up and till reconciliation
• Handle customer reviews and complaints
• Onboard and train new staff
• Deliver private events and functions on the day
• Report weekly to the Head of Operations

• Line-manage three supervisors and the front-of-house team

• Oversee cash-up and till reconciliation
• Handle customer reviews and complaints

• Deliver private events and functions on the day

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in bar or hospitality operations, including supervising or leading a team in a licensed premises
• Working knowledge of HACCP, health and safety, responsible service of alcohol and cash handling
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Fluent English
