Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor for Clayton Hotel Burlington Road in Dublin. You will help run meetings and events, ensuring every standard for food and beverage is met while guiding staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead by example, provide coaching and training, and uphold company values across the team in a busy 3/4-star hotel setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys developing a high-performing

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in Banqueting or Meetings and Events.
• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Micros and Opera experience would be preferable.
• Be able to work on your own initiative and cope well under pressure.

• Think of new and better ways to work and do things.
• Offer suggestions to make events successful.

You will also help build the department by creating and implementing service standards and training for staff.
