Killashee Hotel is seeking a Banqueting Manager to oversee all banqueting and events operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and smooth coordination between departments. The role focuses on delivering high guest satisfaction while managing timelines, budgets and staffing needs across multiple events.

The successful candidate will lead with strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills, thriving under pressure to coordinate complex schedules and guest requirements.

Formación

• Proven experience in hospitality or Banqueting Management role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day banqueting operations across multiple events.
• Ensure service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Monitor event timelines to ensure everything runs on schedule.
• Act as the main point of contact during events.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and last-minute changes professionally.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, staffing costs, and inventory.
• Work with sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure accurate billing and cost control.
