Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Cook to join our culinary team in a busy hotel kitchen. You will assist the Chef, prepare ingredients, and ensure quality and sanitation across all service areas.

The role requires flexibility for day/night and weekend shifts and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. We offer competitive pay at $25.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within our global properties.

Qualifikationen

• Active Food handler's certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Desire to exceed expectations.
• Energetic personality.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Chef in production and fabrication of food for kitchen, cafeteria, banquet, dining room and fine dining.
• Maintain production levels with kitchen staff.
• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté, fry).
• Work with knives and various kitchen equipment.
• Prepare ingredients and ensure proper food storage and sanitation.
