Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years directly managing software engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts; experience in investment banking or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Leadership: Direct multiple cross-functional development teams across global locations and platforms.
• Project Delivery: End-to-end software delivery on time, within budget and scope with low production defect rates.
• Financial & Resource Planning: Establish budgeting requirements, participate in IT financial planning, estimate project scale, and manage resources.
• Production Support & Incident Management: Oversee P1/P2 triage, mitigate issues, and drive long-term reliability improvements.
• Governance & Compliance: Remediate audit findings within timelines; adhere to SDLC and ITIL standards.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent; manage performance and growth.
• Process Improvement: Drive organizational change and quality improvements across engineering units.
