Job summary

Citigroup in Dublin seeks an experienced Applications Development Lead Analyst to design, develop and deliver FX Hub solutions aligning with the technology strategy. The role requires strong leadership, deep software development expertise and governance to ensure compliant execution.

You will partner with multiple teams to deliver complex integrations, guide junior staff, and apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant Apps Development or systems analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET core, T-SQL, Reactjs, Kafka.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Websockets, SQL Server, Openshift, Docker, Microservices, GitHub, AI tooling.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects; SME in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and deploy new products and processes.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in application programming and ensure designs align with architecture.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, and implementation across teams.
• Lead and coach mid-level developers and analysts; manage workload.
