Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is hiring a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to oversee a portfolio of cloud-based applications and lead a high-performing engineering team focused on core custody solutions. You will translate strategy into technical roadmaps and drive secure, scalable web solutions for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable, secure web applications.
• At least 5 years of direct management experience leading software engineering teams, including remote associates.
• Expertise in modern development practices—such as infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, test automation, and containerization.
• Demonstrated success delivering mission-critical applications and effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and a commitment to continuous team development.

• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
• Work Model: Hybrid until December 2026, with one week onsite in Citywest and three weeks remote. From January 2027, the role will transition to full-time onsite working in Citywest.
