Job summary

Hunter Savage is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a top professional services firm in Dublin for an experienced Legal PA to join the Banking team. This role provides high-level support to senior fee earners in a busy, client-focused environment.

Hybrid working is offered, along with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will manage complex diaries, draft documents, assist with billing, and liaise with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years’ experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary supporting senior-level fee earners.
• Experience in Banking or Corporate law is highly desirable.
• Excellent document production and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide PA support to partners and senior fee earners within the Banking team.
• Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
• Assist with billing, time recording, and matter administration.
• Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks as required.
