Qualifications

• 7+ years' PQE in Banking & Finance within a top-tier, mid-tier, or international law firm environment.
• Strong technical acumen across a wide range of debt finance and banking transactions.
• Commercial drive with market connections and proven business development in the Irish market.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and cross-border finance transactions for a diverse client base.
• Advise major banks, private equity houses, credit funds, and corporates.
• Mentor junior associates and manage deal teams to successful closings.
• Develop and maintain market relationships to source new business.
