Job summary

Next Level Business Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for banking domain work in Ireland.

You will gather and document requirements from banking stakeholders, translate them into BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specs, and guide process improvements across teams. Collaborate with business, technology, product, and development groups, perform gap and impact analyses, support UAT, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and operations.
• Experience with BRD/FRD, user stories, and process mapping.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze and improve existing banking processes and workflows.
• Work closely with business, technology, product, and development teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Support UAT, test case preparation, defect tracking, and implementation.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs.
• Ensure solutions align with banking policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and support successful delivery.
