Qualifications

• 5+ years as BA/Technical BA in financial services.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into technical docs and workflows.
• Experience with Level 3 support and complex production issues.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with analysts, development, QA, and clients to deliver solutions.
• Analyze behavior, integrations, and system impacts for solution design.
• Provide Level 3 production support and root cause analysis.
• Participate in client discussions and knowledge-transfer sessions.
