Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking a Bank Debt Operations Associate in Dublin. You will own the full lifecycle of bank loan investments, coordinating with investment, operations and accounting teams in a collaborative platform.

The role requires 4-7 years of loan operations experience, strong cash/position reconciliations, and knowledge of credit agreements, funding memos and LSTA/LMA docs. Geneva experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years' experience in bank loan asset servicing or loan operations.
• Strong experience with loan administration, including interest/principal payments and cash and position reconciliations.
• Knowledge of Credit Agreements, funding memos, agent notices and LSTA/LMA documentation.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee bank loan investments throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle across bank loan transactions.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations.
• Track and apply interest accruals and rate resets.
• Process interest and principal payments and support closings.
