Qualifications

• Significant experience in securities lending or related financial services.
• Experience leading remote or geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to present performance and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Degree in finance or quantitative discipline; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team responsible for monitoring and reporting on the global securities lending programme.
• Oversee the lending agent’s delivery of the managed lending programme, including service performance, operating effectiveness, and adherence to agreed standards.
• Develop and maintain consistent oversight standards, management information, key performance and risk indicators, and control practices across Asset Management.
• Present programme performance, trends, risks, incidents, and key developments to Boards, governance committees, and other senior forums.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including lending agent, auditors, and other third-party providers.
• Support regulatory, audit, ManCo, Board and committee requests.
• Contribute to strategic priorities, including automation, scalability, operational resilience, and business development.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and ensure the programme remains aligned with evolving regulatory requirements, internal standards and industry best practice.
