Job summary

Cafe Maazian Street Foods Limited is seeking a Baker to produce, bake, and present a wide range of fresh bakery products to the highest standards of quality and food safety.

You will follow recipes to maintain quality, support in display and merchandising, and work with the bakery team to meet daily targets while providing friendly service to customers.

Qualifications

• Produce, bake, and present a wide range of fresh bakery products to high standards.
• Follow baking schedules/recipes to ensure freshness and quality.
• Monitor stock, rotate products, and minimise waste.
• Maintain HACCP-compliant food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Provide friendly, efficient service, including handling special orders.
• Support display and merchandising of bakery items to maximise sales.
• Work as part of a bakery team to meet daily production targets.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and report hazards.

• Ensure freshness and quality of all bakery products by following baking schedules and recipes.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and minimise waste through proper planning and storage.
• Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with HACCP and store policies.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to customers, including handling special orders.
• Assist in the display and merchandising of bakery products to maximise sales and maintain an attractive presentation.
• Work as part of the bakery team to achieve daily production targets and support other departments when required.
• Follow all company health and safety guidelines and report any hazards or maintenance issues.
