Culture Vitale, Europe-based, seeks a commission-based B2B sales freelancer to acquire and manage corporate partnerships across Europe. Role offers full independence, flexible scheduling, and uncapped earnings.

You will drive new partnerships, secure bookings, and nurture repeat business with HR, L&D, and leadership teams, with potential for retainer or salaried arrangements. Independence and premium brand support accompany the role.

Qualifications

• B2B sales/partnerships experience with large organizations.
• Background in corporate services, HR/L&D, events, wellness, or related industries.
• Comfortable selling on commission-only terms.
• Professional, persuasive presenting to corporate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage C-suite and HR/L&D across Europe to establish partnerships.
• Introduce and sell Culture Vitale's Sessions of Vitality.
• Convert conversations into confirmed bookings and grow repeat business.
• Manage relationships with clients and act as primary commercial lead in target markets.
• Collaborate with brand assets and marketing support to tailor proposals.
