Irish Life Employer Solutions (ILES) is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for Employer Solutions. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage two marketing specialists and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Qualificações

• 3rd level qualification in Marketing or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Marketing, preferably financial services.
• Experience in a B2B environment is highly desirable.
• Strong creative thinking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer understanding / insight generation.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business financials.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship skills.
• Proven ability to deliver on time.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• High motivation and enthusiasm; awareness of data protection CPC legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Support the business in developing and executing a strategic marketing plan for Employer Solutions.
• Take ownership of marketing priorities across product lines with measurable outcomes.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the marketing strategy.
• Lead cross-functional projects with progress reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support the development of our thought leadership agenda with Group Brand and policy teams.
• Utilise customer insight and market understanding to inform marketing activity.
• Manage direct reports, provide training, and ensure goals are met.
• Oversee budgets and ensure value for money and compliance.
