Job summary

Trane Technologies in Dublin is seeking an Inside Sales Telesales professional to support the external sales team by driving lead generation and promoting B2B HVAC solutions to new and existing clients. You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, collaborate with sales engineers, customer care and marketing, and use CRM and Microsoft Office tools to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills.
Experience in B2B sales in a related industry is an advantage.
Team leadership and collaboration abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial.
Right to Work in Ireland and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential customers for B2B lead generation in HVAC/Process Cooling.
Assist Sales Engineers and internal teams in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and update the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Handle outbound sales calls and work towards targets.
