Job summary

Electricity Supply Board (ESB) seeks a commercially minded Finance Business Partner for its B2B segment. You will partner with senior leaders across sales, customer operations and commercial teams to provide strategic financial insights, support key decisions and drive profitable growth in a leading Irish energy business.

In this high-impact role you will lead budgeting, forecasting and planning for the B2B portfolio, drive performance improvements, and mentor the finance team while supporting

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 10+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into insights.
• Experience supporting revenue growth, cost optimisation, and profitability improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to challenge and support senior leaders.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience leading a team across the full finance function.
