Job summary

Culligan Water Ireland is seeking a field-based Multidrop Delivery Driver covering the Galway, Mayo and Clare region. The role operates Monday to Friday with 8am–5pm (Fridays 8am–4pm) and includes a company van and full clean C license requirement.

The position offers a competitive €32,000 per annum plus a tax-free €4,000 annual meal allowance. Applicants should be customer-focused with a proven delivery track record and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk 19ltr water, coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients.
• Accurately and timely complete scheduled activities to support field operations targets.
• Represent Culligan and provide excellent customer service at customer sites.
• Coordinate with scheduling, operations and support teams to meet SLAs.
• Update relevant systems (epod/handheld) with key outcomes and KPIs.

The role will service our customers across the Galway, Mayo and Clare region.

Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am - 4pm Friday

CORE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of bulk 19ltr water , coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets
• As the face of Culligan, in our customer sites, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst undertaking your scheduled activities to support delivery of our customer satisfaction targets
• Responsible for working closely with the necessary scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs
• Responsible for accurate and timely updating of relevant systems i.e. epod or handheld platform with key information to record the outcomes of scheduled activities and tracking of all mandatory KPIs

Essential:

• Valid driving license
• Good geographical knowledge of Galway, Mayo, Clare and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work to a tight schedule
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
• A proven track record of providing strong customer service & consistently achieve targets
• Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, or as part of a team

Desirable:

• Multi Drop Experience
• Full Clean B License
• FLT (not essential)

This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training
