LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, operate, and continuously improve secure Azure platforms for large-scale production environments. You will provide technical leadership for reliability initiatives and partner with engineering, security, architecture, and product teams to enhance resilience.

You will define SLIs/SLOs, implement IaC with Terraform, and automate deployments using Python/PowerShell/Go/Bash.

Qualifications

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure and strong experience with Kubernetes, preferably AKS.
• Advanced Terraform skills and experience designing reusable IaC components.
• Strong Git and GitOps practices, with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
• Strong Linux administration, scripting and programming skills in Python, PowerShell, Go or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms, distributed tracing, and proactive alerting.
• Incident management, RCA, capacity planning, performance optimisation and disaster recovery testing.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain highly available Azure infrastructure including AKS, VMs, Functions, App Services, Storage and Networking.
• Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs and error budgets to improve platform reliability.
• Lead root cause analyses and post-incident reviews, building resilience patterns.
• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate operational tasks with Python/PowerShell/Go/Bash.
• Operate and optimise AKS clusters, establish container security standards, and manage upgrades.
• Develop monitoring, logging, alerting and tracing strategies with Grafana and Azure Monitor.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps with blue/green and canary deployments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and participate in on-call rotations.
