Job summary

Gravitas Group is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to provide architectural oversight on a major cloud migration programme in Dublin. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on depth.

You will guide on-prem to Azure migrations, ensure secure, resilient designs, and translate complex concepts into clear direction for both technical and non-technical audiences. Hybrid work with initial on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Proven Solution Architecture background in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong Azure experience, including migration-led delivery.
• Hands-on experience migrating systems from on-prem to Azure.
• Enterprise integration experience (e.g. TIBCO, MuleSoft).
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with enterprise-scale system migrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture oversight across the programme.
• Capture on-prem to Azure migration considerations (security, resilience).
• Challenge and guide technical teams to stay on track.
• Translate technical concepts into clear directions for stakeholders.
