• Plan and manage daily processes with AVP support
• Identify issues in service delivery and take corrective action
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting
• Manage and complete client initiation and transition
• Ensure contingency plans and business continuity tests
• Recruitment of new staff and development of team
• Establish and maintain client relationships through reporting
