Job summary

Barden | B Corp in Dublin is seeking a senior finance professional to partner with the executive team and drive critical initiatives across the business. The role offers broad exposure and visibility within a well established aircraft leasing group.

The successful candidate will lead financial reporting, support acquisitions and integrations, and steer process improvements in a fast-paced environment, leveraging IFRS expertise and an independent, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years PQE.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and financial reporting background.
• Experience driving acquisitions, integrations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and workstreams across the business.
• Support acquisitions and integrations and drive business transformation initiatives.

Job description

Barden are delighted to be supporting on an interesting opportunity with a well established business in the aircraft leasing sector that is entering a particularly busy phase of growth, change and investment.

This isn't your typical reporting focused finance role. The successful individual will act as a trusted partner to senior finance leadership, helping to drive key projects across the business, support acquisitions and integrations, bring structure to new initiatives and help navigate the next stage of growth.

The role would suit someone who enjoys:

About the person

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years PQE.
• Aircraft leasing experience is essential.
• Strong background in financial reporting, business partnering and stakeholder management.
• Solid technical accounting and IFRS knowledge.
• Experience supporting projects, integrations or process improvement initiatives.
• Proactive, commercially minded and capable of driving workstreams independently.
