Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join our Aviation team in Ireland. You will support the delivery of multidisciplinary building projects, coordinating design teams, contractors and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will assist with governance, planning, progress reporting and cost control while developing your delivery and design management experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related built-environment field.
• Experience in design consultancy or construction project management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with BIM-enabled project delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in delivering multidisciplinary building projects.
• Assist with project start-up, governance, and team mobilisation.
• Maintain programmes, design schedules, trackers and logs.
• Coordinate inputs across architectural and engineering disciplines.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and project communications.
• Support risk, change, and cost management and invoice preparation.
