Job summary

AECOM in Dublin is seeking a Programme Controls Lead - Aviation to provide strategic direction across cost, scheduling, risk and performance reporting for a major aviation infrastructure programme.

You will lead governance, establish best-practice controls and mentor a high-performing team, collaborating with the Programme Director, contracting entity, design consultants and contractors to ensure delivery and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Leadership in programme controls and governance.
• Experience in cost management, scheduling and risk reporting for large programmes.
• Ability to provide clear, timely insights to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Programme Controls, including cost, scheduling and risk management.
• Establish consistent programme controls methodologies, standards and governance across projects.
• Facilitate controls meetings with stakeholders to align expectations and drive performance.
• Monitor and report on cost, schedule, risk and overall programme performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of controls professionals.
