Job summary

AECOM in Dublin is seeking a Programme Controls Lead – Aviation to join our growing team. You will guide cost management, scheduling, risk and performance reporting across a major aviation infrastructure programme. The role requires strong leadership and governance across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the Programme Director, design consultants, contractors and senior leaders to deliver robust controls and drive value through informed, timely insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including aviation sector exposure.
• Strong governance, cost control, scheduling and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across Programme Controls, including cost, schedule and risk management.
• Establish and maintain governance across all projects with consistent methodologies.
• Facilitate controls meetings with stakeholders to align expectations and drive performance.
• Lead delivery of cost, time and risk insight to senior leadership for decision-making.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing Programme Controls team.
