Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in construction/infrastructure delivery.
• Proven track record in leading large scale capital programmes.
• Experience with international projects and contract forms (NEC, FIDIC).
• Demonstrated ability to embed innovation and sustainability in project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance for high‑value infrastructure projects.
• Establish and maintain robust governance structures.
• Oversee delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing project management team.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to optimise commercial outcomes.
