Qualifications

• 1-4 PQE required, with strong background in asset and aviation finance.
• Experience in general finance, banking or capital markets is advantageous.
• Excellent academic track record and technical excellence.
• Willingness to engage in business development and client relationship work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on securitisations of aircraft lease portfolios, aircraft CLOs, acquisitions and financings.
• Assist in establishing aircraft leasing and joint venture companies in Ireland.
• Support cross-border matters within Ireland and abroad.
• Contribute to business development and manage client relationships.
