Qualifications

• We are seeking qualified lawyers who have a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience (PQE).
• Experience in asset and aviation finance or related finance backgrounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent top tier clients in Ireland and globally on complex asset and aviation finance and leasing transactions.
• Advise banks, financial institutions, lessors, aircraft owners and sponsors.
• Work with partners and associates to deliver high-quality, multi-jurisdictional work.
