Taylor Root represents a leading international firm established in Dublin, expanding its Asset and Aviation Finance practice by hiring a junior Solicitor.

You will work on asset finance matters including securitisations, aviation platform establishment, warehouse financings, and lease structures for major domestic and international clients.

Qualified solicitors with at least 1PQE in a Finance team will be considered, with a view to moving into Aviation.

Our client, one of the leading international firms to have set up in Dublin is looking to expand their Asset and Aviation Finance practice by hiring a junior Solicitor.

The team advises major domestic and international clients on a broad range of asset finance matters including asset backed securitisations, aviation platform establishment, warehouse financings, portfolio asset sales and purchases, operating and finance lease structures as well as export credit agency facilities.

Qualified Solicitors with at least 1PQE in the Finance team of a commercial firm will be considered for the role. This is a great opportunity for a Banking or Structured Finance Solicitor who is looking to move into Aviation.
