Qualifications

• 0-3 years PQE with interest in asset finance and aviation regulation / banking and capital markets / corporate law.
• Excellent academic credentials.

• Assist in aviation financing transactions and cross-border structuring.
• Advise on bankruptcy and insolvency matters within the aviation/asset finance context.
• Support regulatory, banking and corporate law matters as part of the team.
