Job summary

Mason Hayes & Curran LLP is seeking an Associate (0-3 years PQE) to join its Aviation and Asset Finance team in Ireland. You will work with a market-leading team delivering aviation financing transactions, cross-border structuring, and regulatory advice, including bankruptcy and insolvency issues.

The Role

We are currently recruiting at Associate level (0-3 years PQE) in our highly regarded Aviation and Asset Finance team. The successful candidate will work with a market leading team who provide award winning advice on aviation financing transactions from cross-border structuring and regulation to alternative funding and joint ventures. The team also advise on contentious issues such as bankruptcy and insolvency.

Candidate Requirements

• 0-3 years PQE with an interest in asset finance and aviation regulation / banking and capital markets / corporate law.

• Excellent academic credentials.

• Superior written and oral communication skills.

• Strong IT skills.
