ACCPRO is seeking a Maintenance & Project Manager to lead maintenance, facilities, engineering and capital projects across multiple sites in a regulated manufacturing environment. This hands-on role requires leading a team to improve asset reliability and drive operational excellence.

You will oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, manage budgets and contractor performance, and ensure GMP, Quality and EHS compliance across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong project management and maintenance planning experience.
• Knowledge of GMP or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets and technical improvement projects.

• Manage facilities, infrastructure upgrades and capital projects.
• Oversee equipment calibration, commissioning and validation support.
• Drive equipment reliability, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Lead and develop the maintenance team while ensuring GMP, Quality and EHS compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, Quality and other stakeholders to support business continuity and growth.
