Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Automation Maintenance Engineering Supervisor in Ireland to lead the maintenance and reliability of automated production systems, robotics, and vision systems. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, drive change, and partner with Operations and Quality to deliver sustainable reliability improvements and business

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in automated production.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Experience with reliability engineering, RCA, and FMEA.
• Hands-on leader with change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance for automated production systems, robotics, vision systems, electrical and mechanical assets.
• Drive reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Manage safety and change-management initiatives across the site, partnering with Operations and Quality.
• Mentor and develop maintenance technicians, foster a high-performance culture.
