Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Automation Maintenance Engineering Supervisor in Athlone, Ireland. You will lead maintenance for automated production systems, robotics, and vision systems, and drive reliability improvements while fostering a safety-focused culture.

You will manage a 4-cycle shift team, develop high-performing engineers, and partner with Operations, Quality, and EHS to deliver sustainable improvements and strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Automation engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance of automated production systems, robotics, and vision systems.
• Drive reliability improvements using RCA, FMEA, and RCM.
• Manage a 4-cycle shift maintenance team.
• Champion safety, continuous improvement, and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain.
