Job summary

Douglas Control & Automation is seeking a dynamic Secondment Recruiter to join our team in Ireland. You will source, attract and hire automation engineers to support our Secondment Division, leveraging our 50-year track record of success.

You will own a warm recruitment desk, managing end-to-end processes from BD to placement, while expanding key client relationships in pharma, FMCG and manufacturing. A flexible hybrid/remote arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within technical or engineering sectors.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills; deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for people.

Responsibilities

• Own a warm, established automation engineering recruitment desk with existing clients and opportunities.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate sourcing and placement.
• Grow client relationships across pharmaceutical, FMCG and manufacturing sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities within an established client base while leveraging warm relationships.
