Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking an Automation Engineering Leader to shape our client's automation strategy across Dublin manufacturing sites. You will lead a hands-on team, drive continuous improvement and own key automation projects from design through implementation.

The role combines technical leadership with people management, guiding 8 Automation Engineers and Technicians and collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Validation teams to deliver tangible plant performance

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in Automation Engineering or a similar environment.
• Strong experience with Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation.
• Experience working across manufacturing sites/environments.

A global pharma manufacturing organisation with over $1B in annual revenue is expanding its Dublin operations and hiring an Automation Engineering Leader. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation where you’ll play a key role in shaping automation strategy and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing sites.

This role combines technical leadership, people management and hands-on engineering, leading a team of 8 Automation Engineers and Technicians. You’ll take ownership of complex automation projects, equipment performance and troubleshooting, while working closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Validation teams.
