Zusammenfassung

Amach is seeking a QA automation engineer in Dublin to develop and maintain automated tests for backend systems using Selenium.

You will build and run Selenium-based test suites, validate APIs and backend workflows, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with developers, QA engineers and product teams.

This hybrid role requires three days per week at our North Dublin office, offering flexible working arrangements and competitive pay.

This role involves developing and maintaining automated tests for backend systems using Selenium as part of the overall test automation framework. The focus is on ensuring reliability, stability and quality of backend services and related workflows through automated testing practices.

Please note that this role operates on a hybrid basis, with candidates expected to be able and willing to work from our customer's North Dublin office three times per week.

Required Experience:

• Strong experience with Selenium test automation
• Experience in backend testing and automation methodologies
• Understanding of API and service-layer testing
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and test design patterns
• Experience working with CI/CD environments and automated deployments
• Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA best practices

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Java, Python or similar automation languages
• Experience with REST API testing tools/frameworks
• Familiarity with databases and backend data validation
• Experience with Git/version control systems
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery environments
