Job summary

Connolly Motor Group is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to own the helpdesk, automate routine tasks, and maintain a healthy network across multiple sites in Ireland. You will manage Cisco Meraki, Aruba switches, VLANs, and the Microsoft 365 suite, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.

You will also handle onboarding/offboarding, endpoint security, IP PBX administration, and email security policies, while supporting dealer systems such as Keyloop DMS.

Qualifications

• IT qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the helpdesk - triage, resolve, and close tickets in Freshservice with speed and accuracy.
• Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell scripts.
• Keep the network healthy with Cisco Meraki, Aruba switches, and VLANs.
• Manage Microsoft 365 stack including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID.
• Onboard/offboard users and decommission leavers accurately every time.
• Maintain endpoint security across the estate and monitor for threats.
• Support communications via IP PBX system and ensure reliability.
• Administer and refine the Email Security Gateway policies and quarantine reviews.
• Support dealer systems like Keyloop DMS and proprietary platforms.
• Provide remote support and travel between Galway, Ballina, Sligo, Letterkenny as needed.
• Support Time & Attendance via Workflow Cloud for HR/payroll.
