Job description

Our client, a medium to large sized accountancy practice based in Dublin, is looking for an experienced Audit Senior to join their growing team. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients, client engagement and the development of strong working relationships internally with peers and externally with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of leading audit assignments across different sectors.
• Effectively plan audit assignments and brief team members on specific risks associated with each assignment.
• Provide performance feedback to trainees at end of engagement.
• Deliver audit assignments to a high standard.
• Adhere to the firm’s policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• ACCA, ACA or CPA qualified
• Minimum 2 years of Audit experience
• Ability to provide guidance and training to others
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Organisational and leadership abilities
• Integrity and reliability
